BacklogHandler

The BacklogHandler can be used to access issues within the backlog in the novomind iAGENT routing process.
This handler is only available in the novomind iAGENT routing process.

It cannot be injected directly. To obtain an instance of this handler please inject one of the extending interfaces:

• TicketBacklogHandler
• CallBacklogHandler
• ChatBacklogHandler
