since v10.0.116The AgentEditorController can be used to perform operations in the mail editor. The controller is only available in a logged on agent context and with an opened editor, e.g. when the agent has selected a ticket within the personal inbox folder or is currently editing a new process.
The AgentEditorController is currently provided by an AgentEditorMailInfoViewContext or an AgentQuickCaseMailInfoViewContext inside a MailInfoTab plugin.
