public interface AgentTicketClearanceRequiredEvent
extends TicketClearanceRequiredEvent, UserTicketEvent
This event is triggered when a previously assigned ticket
changes the state to TicketState.CLEARANCE_REQUIRED.
This happens e.g. when a ticket is assigned to an agent during
clearance authorization and then the agent logs off without
applying clearance or sending again a modified answer.
