The iAGENT Help app combines novomind iAGENT with the highly performant iAGENT Help knowledge base.
Agents research information in the form of dialogue. Using the insert button, they can quickly incorporate answers from iAGENT Help into the response mail.
Optionally, the app can be configured to forward the mail category to iAGENT Help. This way the knowledge base is already set to the adequate context.
The possibility to save the entire dialogue for future reference (e.g. for documentation, for education or for analysis) is another optional feature.
