With this app, incoming and outgoing mails and chat messages can be searched for PCI numbers, e.g. credit card numbers or IBAN numbers.
Mail and chat texts and attachments can be analyzed.
PCI numbers found in mail and chat texts can be replaced with a defined character string.
If a PCI number is found in a mail or chat attachment, the attachment can be removed.
If a PCI number is found in an outgoing mail or chat message, sending the mail or chat message can be prevented and the agent will get feedback.
It is possible to define new PCI checkers in addition to the existing checkers for relevant credit card numbers and IBAN numbers.
Existing PCI checkers can be changed or deactivated and numbers or number prefixes that should be excluded from the check can be defined.
Another function allows to set a defined X-Header for an incoming mail, if a PCI number is found in the mail.
