Our Call Flow Editor app includes both the Call Flow Designer, an application for creating call flows on a graphical interface, and the Script Editor for creating JavaScript-based voice dialogs.
No programming knowledge is required to use the Call Flow Designer. The Script Editor, on the other hand, offers the user the greatest possible flexibility in creating voice dialogs.
For example, a call flow can contain voice menus for caller prequalification, multiple queues, call back or recording functions for virtual voice messages.
The "IVR Flow Lab" can be used to test new or modified call flows before they are activated.
