The iAGENT Call BrowserPhone integrates with the iAGENT Desk interface. It can therefore be used independently of the operating system and on all (mobile) devices with a browser and a stable Internet connection. Compared to conventional hardware telephones, this means that the application is not location-bound, which is a particular advantage in the case of structures with geographically distributed teams. The range of functions of our softphone is of course in no way inferior to that of a conventional telephone. Basic functions such as hold, transfer, toggle and forward are included, as well as an address book and the "click-to-call" feature.
