The file connector app is able to interpret RFC-822 files (*.eml) from your file system as e-mails so they can be displayed and edited in novomind iAGENT.

Response mails to these e-mails may be exported as .eml files for further processing.

You can use the file connector app to e.g. implement individual workflows or to load large amounts of testmails.
